A Friday afternoon treat Decided this morning that I needed some tlc and so booked in with Carys fr a 4.30 appointment. The weather was wet and wild outside but cosy and warm in the salon. I was free and treated to a lovely hot chocolate whilst waiting for Carys to finish her previous client. I was in desperate need of a decent cut and Carys didn’t disappoint. She talked me through every step, every product and gave me choices throughout the cut. Having been to the salon many times over the years, although not recently, it was good to be back. Thank you. No longer blonde blind Absolutely obsessed with my fresh blonde locks! From coming in a week ago (having been let down by someone up the road in Rode Heath), Abi made me feel as if I were a long standing client of hers already! Fitted me in this close to Christmas with weeks notice, and then literally transformed me today! She gave me incredible and valuable advice, and knew exactly what I was wanting! Amazing! So I’m an exhausted mum of twin toddlers and had blonde, broken, brassy hair. I do not get the time to look after me! I needed something more manageable and natural. I told Abi I’d like to go darker too & she recommended a balayage look. I COULD NOT be HAPPIER! It is stunning. I cannot believe it’s me. It looks so natural and soo healthy. Hair colour /style &overall experience Hannah is an amazing stylist always listening and advising on options re colours and treatments. Very attentive and professional, friendly, relaxing experience. Hair Toner & Cut I had a toner, cut, blow dry and curls with Hannah and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit, and enjoyed a friendly chat with the whole team. Hannah was incredibly attentive throughout, making sure I was comfortable and that my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. The finish was beautiful, and I left feeling really pleased and confident. Great salon I hadn’t used the salon for a few years but decided to book in with Leah for the first time after reading great reviews. Leah was very friendly and cut my hair just how I asked and gave me good advice about my next visit to get my hair highlighted. Lovely salon and friendly staff. Teenagers mane I brought my grandaughter in for a correctional cut with Kelly. She has thick curly hair. Kelly first asked how she wears her hair curly or straight as that would decide how the curls would be cut. Once decided Kelly talked her through each stage advising on the best option to even up the hair. Once cut Kelly enhanced the curls with products before diffusing. Best haircut and colour I’ve ever had! I have really temperamental hair - it lifts warmth at the drop of a hat and can be difficult to cut so I was nervous to go to a new hairdressers. I shouldn’t have been - Hannah is exceptionally skilled and I absolutely love my hair - she took time to listen and understand my hair. Her advice was spot on and I’ll not go anywhere else now - a real find!
