My first time in a hair salon I had my first experience in a salon to have a balayage, roots and a cut. Fay welcomed me with her very friendly and professional manner and made my experience enjoyable. She did an amazing job with my hair and I couldn’t be happier. Great experience First time back in a salon in almost 20 years and it didn’t disappoint. Carys was really friendly and polite and gave a great first impression. She spent time sat with me to understand what I would like. Carys was chatty and explained the best products and colours for my hair and tone and made me feel at ease with any decision I was making.
