Our Salon Formerly Artizan Bartlett St Phil and Zac have decided it is time to change the salon name to BA1 Hair. As some of you might know, the two Artizan salons separated over a year ago and this has lead to confusion. We have just refurbished the salon, so it’s a great time to have a new look and a new name. Nothing else has changed- same owners, same tradition same terrible behaviour!     At BA1 Hair we believe everything is personal; including our relationship with our clients and our staff. He creates new styles to fit my face , is compassionate when regular clients are poorly and will go out of his way to keep your hair spot on during this time. Nick is a brilliant cutter , also very friendly. Overall i like dealing with BA1. One issue however. Today i wanted to give Nick a £5 tip. I didn't have any cash, but couldn't pay a tip with my card . I went to the cashpoint , which only pays in £10 and £20 notes. I walked back to the salon and you had bo change at all. So I had to walk back to the shops, buy something to get £5, then back to the salon. Maybe you could keep a float help with change for tips or arrange a way to pay with a card? Other than that though, all good
