Pierre Alexandre of Manchester is a globally recognised Hairdresser and Educator, Inventor of tin foil, pioneer of ‘Unisex’ and much more. Pierre’s accolades include inventing the foils used for highlighting, pioneering the concept of unisex hairdressing and designing the ‘Intercut’ made famous by Jason Donovan in the 80’s. He even introduced Lulu to John Frieda and gave Patrick Cameron his first job in the UK.

After being rearranged twice, I showed up to a therapist who didn't actually do the service I had already paid for. While she was accommodating and did the best she could, I didn't get the service I paid for and came away quite disappointed.

I booked a course of 6 laser hair removal sessions. I would say that there were only 2 of the booked sessions that went ahead as planned - the rest having to be changed. I found it virtually impossible to contact PA aesthetics if I had a query and even resorted to going into the salon (20 mins away from my home) to actually speak to someone aboyt my appointment. When I did attend for my treatment, it was good / no problems.

Very happy was on a corporate pamper package. With laser and facials. All appointments on time and adhered to, Chelsea was very professional and made each appointment a pleasure. Only reason not 5 stars is as a minor critique the beauty rooms could be perhaps brightened up and a little cleaner. This did not detract from my great experience.

I've stuck with Hayley ever since she did an amazing rescue job on a colour gone hideously wrong for me. Hayley knows exactly what to do with my curly hair and my colour and cut always looks amazing now. Everyone you meet at the salon is friendly and efficient.
