Great consultation I had a colour consultation with Tracy and not only did she do the colour allergy tests but Tracy went above and beyond. She advised on helping my scalp and even used products on me to soothe my skin. I had a delicious latte while I was there. I'm all booked in for a fresh new colour and cut and can't wait for it. My 12yr old daughter was getting her hair cut at the same time by the lovely Charley. We love what Charley did to her hair and I know I'll be in great hands with Tracy for my new hair adventure. Great colour, cut and style Tracy knows my hair so well and always does a great job, she is an expert stylist. She makes me feel really welcome, always gives great advice and is full of tips to help at home. Aliysha also deserves a mention, great head massage and happy chat while washing. So disappointed. When I first arrived, I told the stylist that I was wanting to grow my hair as I'd had it in a short style for quite a while, so it just needed tidying up and I wanted a proper fringe cutting back in. Oh, my god. I have close to no hair at the back, and it's been cut really badly. I have to start right from the beginning again. It took me a year to get a little bit of length to it. Wavy hair Chloe has been doing my hair for about a year now. I went in last week after learning that I have some kind of wave pattern so I wanted to ask her about it as I had no idea what to ask for. We decided to cut all the dead hair off so my wavy hair has the best chance of coming through and she showed me how to style it going forward. I did her technique last night after using some products and it’s coming through nicely. Chloe is one of the warmest people I’ve ever met so if you’re anxious, know Chloe will put you at ease. What a wonderful salon My niece was having her hair cut from long to short for the Little Princess charity. Tracy came in to work specially on her day off, as her colleague was ill. She was absolutely wonderful, made Izzi feel very special and chatted to her throughout, discussing the best cut options for her and advising her the best way to look after her new style.
