Unhappy with my updo hairstyle at Revive Salon Altrincham. Firstly, my appointment was mixed up with Keely then told it would be Evie. When I turned up for my 11am appointment, was told I was early for my 12:30 appointment??? But she would be able to take me early !!!! I sent 2 photos of what I was looking for as requested plus a photo of my hair length front and back, I didn’t receive a reply. I telephoned to ask if they received them, and spoke to Evie, she said they were fine. When I arrived on the day she told me my hair wasn’t long enough for the photo I had sent, even although my own hairdresser had approved them. She showed me a photo of what she could achieve, which looked fine. She struggled to pin the back and asked her colleague Keely for help. The finished result was fine after 45 minutes, but 15 minutes before my taxi arrived at my hotel to take me to a wedding, the hair started falling down and the pins were falling out. I had to contact one of the other guests who brought me hairpins and a Facinator to pin and disguise the mess that my hair had become. I was so disappointed and stressed arriving at the very posh wedding venue looking like I had been dragged through a hedge after paying £40 for what I thought would be a glamorous experience- NOT!

Chloe was amazing today with my treatment. She was very attentive and kind, and all the staff made me feel very welcome. Thank you! X

Friendly professional service

I recently had makeup done for a work party. I was very nervous at first as I don\'t usually have make up done and am not comfortable with heavy make up. But Jess was amazing , made me very comfortable, I was over the moon with the make up and hair she had done ! Got lots of lovely comments on the day !! Jess definitely had some magic ! I would definitely recommend Jess !!

I have had laser removal on bikini and lower leg areas and it has made a huge difference ! I no longer need to shave every day (I can leave it 5 weeks) and razor bumps completely gone it is amazing. The women here are so lovely and reassuring too.

After my usual salon was a victim of covid I had to find a new salon for waxing. This is the most pain free wax I have ever had. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable as well as providing good conversation and tips!

Lovely to be back at Revive after so many months. Salon was reassuringly well organised, with safety a priority and the staff are very professional. Looking forward to regular visits.

Whilst having nails done late in the afternoon I mentioned I was concerned about how my hair would react to the soft Manchester water and I wanted it to look good for a party I was attending locally that night. Immediately the salon offered me an appointment there and then to wash and blow dry my hair. Ashleigh was fabulous and just knew what to do with my hair. What a talented team at this salon. Very reasonable too and do friendly. Thank you all so much.
