Appointment 13 January with Elle Immensely pleased with my hair colour and cut. Elle has worked wonders with my hair, which is now healthy, in great condition and wasy to manage and style. Always take her advice on board. So very sorry she is leaving but wish her every success and happiness in her new adventure in Utah. A lovely experience I have been trying to find a new salon for a couple of years and have struggled. Ruby Hook was great from the moment I walked in! Sammy is so lovely and I felt I was in safe hands. All the other stylists who were in that day were so friendly too, and there was such a nice vibe in the salon. It was super clean, spacious and relaxing. My hair was washed by May with the added treat of a head massage (so nice!) and then cut and blow dried by Sammy with professionalism and care. Refreshing change I was nervous about my hair cut. It had taken me 15 months to get away from a pixie cut. However my hair was needing it! Ruby suggested we did a first cut to normalise the uneveness and start with a fresh canvas, and she did just that, respecting my wishes to NOT take it so short i would feel miserable about my hard earned efforts. My only niggle was, i felt it looked a bit flat due to the serum used when i wanfed it to look thicker, but that was all. I would definetly return.
