Daughters First Hair Cut Elle was amazing, patient and so kind to my daughter during her first hair cut. She is only 3 years old so was quite nervous, Elle made my daughter feel comfortable, my daughter throughly enjoyed her first hair cut. Thank you! A reassuring experience. After not having stepped inside a salon for over 25 years, and now experiencing hair problems related to medical conditions, it was rather a scary thing to do. Marie was, however, the perfect person to deal with all my worries … not only is she an extremely knowledgeable and talented hairdresser, she is kind, understanding and thoughtful. Hair colour I thought my Stylist was lovely and friendly , however I was not happy with the fact when I choose my colour that halfway through colouring my hair they ran out of the actual colour . The stylist then proceeded to mix another colour and the result was a lot of red/mahogony colour came out as the end result. We had discussed that I I had previously a slight shade of red in my previous hair growing out and didn’t want that again just a nice rich brown as per my natural colour . Therefore I was quite disappointed in the end result and have never experienced a salon running out of a colour whilst doing my hair Service:5 Value:4 Result:3 Cleanliness:5 Atmosphere:4

Great salon! What a great salon experience - Ruby & the team are professional and always warm! Salon space is clean, bright, chic & welcoming. My stylist Jess is highly personable and professional, she really listens, and I am consulted at every step of the colour and cut. I love how they also work seamlessly as a team, asking each others opinions on my colour /toner etc where necessary, so it feels like I have the whole salon’s expertise on tap!
