Grace was lovely, a pleasure to meet. I have no complaints and she did all what I asked. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is by no means any reflection of the service I received today from Grace. I shall be 80 next year and am finding that my pension doesn't go very far and have to be careful. I received a voucher via email which enabled me to have a colour and cut. Lovely!

First class hairdressing salon. The team led by Leonardo are all excellent and provide great service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been using this salon for around 8 years and value the professional care and advice received.

Friendly atmosphere. Nice lad washed my hair and I had a chat with him. Claire then did my hair. Looks great and I’m very pleased with it.

Grace is so lovely and knowledgeable, she made sure I was 100% happy with my hair before leaving. Very professional and attentive. Grace cuts my hair well and has a lovely manner. She is easy to talk to and the girl who washed my hair is lovely also, can't remember her name. Always a nice relaxing experience.

Ruby listened well to how I wanted my hair cut. I enjoyed the head massage while I was having my hair washed. I was really surprised leased with my hair cut. Much smarter than when I came in.
