I have been going to the Salon for 9years.and every visit I am met with a wonderful welcome from all the team. Over the last 4 years, I have seen Ruby develop from a shy Junior to a confident senior stylist . Ruby has been my hairdresser for the last 2 years, she takes the time to consult with you about your hairstyle, providing thoughtful suggestions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the result..

Ruby listened well to how I wanted my hair cut. I enjoyed the head massage while I was having my hair washed. I was really surprised leased with my hair cut. Much smarter than when I came in.

Love my visits, salon always friendly, clean and Leonardo is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. He listens makes suggestions and does a beautiful job

It is always a joy to have my hair cut at Sanrizz.. Everyone is very professional and the ambiance makes one feel comfortable the minute you enter the door. I would recommend Leonardo highly for cutting.. He is very knowledgeable of the current trends. He is the best..

Excellent in every way

Always a lovely experience having my hair cut at Sanrizz, Leonardo and the team are so friendly and knowledgeable. My hair always looks fantastic.

My hair has turned out awful I hate the look of it in the mirror and now have to go get it fixed. My fringe isn’t cut straight and hasn’t been styled, most of the layers have been cut out of my hair so it falls flat, the colour is not what I asked for at all. It took 3.5hrs in total; after asking for my colour to be corrected as the initial set did not cover my greys and the highlights made my hair appear almost green. I was really upset and I asked for this to be adjusted for my hair was then to be turned red which is not what I asked for. I am so disappointed that after all that time I didn’t want to stay any longer for a 3rd attempt to fix it. I was made to feel that me wanting to get my hair right was an inconvenience to the team as it meant my appointment was much longer than planned even though I was visibly upset. Grace was polite; but I don’t think she understood what I was asking and didn’t make any attempt to clarify what I wanted even if she wasn’t sure. I really like the salon but after this experience I won’t be returning.

A great hair cut and colour; friendly team; relaxed atmosphere. A regular customer for over 10 year - you never disappoint!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about a visit to Sanrizz Guildford. I have been going for over 20 years and have not once had cause to be negative. Leonardo manages an excellent salon to perfection with a very keen eye and yet manages simultaneously to keep an open ear to listen with patience and interest to everyone. Top marks in professionalism married to impeccable social skills. What is not to like.

Super happy with cuts, highlights, toning and blowdry consultations and finished work. Both Taka san and Tina have been super responsive and accommodating.! The team are lovely, will be returning again soon! One happy client
