Always great. I look forward to getting my hair cut. Very patiently continue to edge me ever closer in appearance to a picture of a very good looking actor who is younger and has great hair! As yet I haven’t been asked for an autograph!

I've tried many salons in the 50 years I've lived around St Albans and Shiori cuts my hair more skillfully and carefully than any other hairdresser. She consistently delivers the best cut ever and I leave feeling relaxed amd invigorated by the scalp massage during the wash. Highly recommended!

My recent visits have been as good as ever. Sharon is an expert when it comes to all matters of hair, and goes out of her way to make sure that she understands exactly what sort of look you are going for. Grace g me an excellent head massage and her manner was so engaging and caring. This is a salon where I always feel at home.

Sharon always surprises me with how she cuts and colours my hair. I trust her implicitly, and I've been coming to Sanrizz St Albans for over 10 years, and she has never let me down. I always get compliments about my hair after I have had by hair cut and coloured by her.

Shiori is an excellent hairdresser and a calm, friendly person. She spends time discussing what I want and then she makes suggestions which always work. The customer service is very good, offers of tea and coffee twice during my visit, all good quality. The assistant who washed my hair was considerate and friendly too.

Always a great experience! I get an amazing haircut, colour and finish every time from Shiori. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and welcoming - it’s a great time to relax and feel pampered.

I’ve been going to Daniel at Sanrizz for several years now, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. From cuts to colour to the most flawless blowdries, he consistently delivers results that feel fresh, flattering, and totally me. Daniel is a true professional — thoughtful, meticulous, and always across the latest techniques and trends. He takes the time to listen, offers honest, helpful advice, and always knows how to bring out the best in your hair. What I’ve really appreciated is the colour journey we’ve been on as I’ve transitioned to a more natural brunette. The result is a beautiful, dimensional shade that suits my skin tone perfectly — I get compliments all the time. His blowdries deserve their own mention: they’re hands-down the best I’ve had! Daniel combines technical skill with a great eye, and a real understanding of what works for his clients. The whole team is lovely too — friendly, professional, and always welcoming. I couldn’t recommend Daniel and Sanrizz more highly.

Second time here with Sarah. First time didn't go great but I attributed it to me being in a difficult situation at home and being particularly sensitive. Tried again today, I think Sarah listened to me about 10 seconds before she started working on my hair without explaining what she was about to do. Unsurprisingly the result is not what I wanted - I have a large stripe of nearly white hair on my right hand side. When she dried my hair she didn't even bother ask how I wanted it.. her choice was straight hair.. I won't publish a review online because as I complained she didn't charge for the highlights
