I’ve visited the salon a few times and had my hair blow dried by Stacey. Stacey pays really high attention to detail and ensured she spent the time with me right from the beginning to understand what I wanted. I’ve been over the moon with my hair each time I’ve visited the salon - Stacey is the big bouncy blow dry Queen! and look forward to returning soon! Xxx

Clare went above and beyond today to cut and colour my hair. Nothing was too much trouble and as always I left really happy with the end result, Clare is the queen, high priestess and goddess of cut and colour all rolled into one and I can't thank her enough for everything she did today and always does. Also a massive shout out to Nicole for all her help today too :) Shapes is by far the best salon I've ever been to, I would never go anywhere else! Everyone there is so friendly and treats you like one of the family. It's a fantastic atmosphere! Huge thank you to clare again I'm truly thankful I have you for my hairdresser!

I have visited shapes hairdressing regularly and I am always welcomed and provided with great customer service and I am always able to leave happily, feeling fully satisfied with any style/choice of hair I have wanted. I have also recommended to other friends and family.

Paige is my hair guru and when I am not sure what I want to do with my hair she has the answers and more importantly she is lovely person and looks after me and ensure that I am happy with my hair before I leave

I love coming to this Salon as they greet me with a smile and really look after me and make me feel special and pampered.

I always have a great time when I visit the salon in Birstall. My stylist is Jonboy. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. All the staff are friendly and very efficient. Jonboy talks to me and understands the way I like my hair cut and styled.

Having had a disaster with hair extensions in the past. I've tried again with Hannah. She is amazing. So kind and has worked wonders with my very fine lifeless hair, that never seems to grow.

Excellent 10/10 always love visiting Beckie and getting my hair done
