I visited Deborah Chester, Tricologist last October as I was concerned about my hair loss, I cannot believe the difference in my hair now. I would highly recommend anyone in my situation to go and see her. The care does not stop when you walk out, she follows up on treatment regularly. Deborah has made a huge difference to me, I cannot recommend her services enough.

Fantastic experience at Simone Thomas (Westbourne) with Michelle. Michelle had the MASSIVE challenge of undoing my work ( lots and lots of box dyes ranging from brown to black to red ) and taking me back to my natural blonde. Started with a consultation where Michelle talked me through the stages and made me feel comfortable and trusting. Today was my appointment, I had a full bleach wash, followed by a Balayage and WOW I love it. Thank you so much Michelle, you did the impossible. I’m incredibly happy. I’ll see you in a few weeks!! Deborah was welcoming and informative when I arrived concerned about my hair thinning. She was able to talk through assess and support with treatment which assured me that although it was quite something to know my hair was thinning that there was a way forward

I cannot recommend the lovely Sharelle enough- she is amazing at what she does. I was very nervous about having something new done to my hair but she sat down with me and gave me the time to explain to her what I wanted doing. She taught me loads about how to keep my hair healthy and how to use the Oloplex products. I came out the salon feeling super confident and good about myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sharelle- I am forever grateful!! I’ve recommended you to everyone I know! And thanks for going to the effort of digging out the hot chocolates and making me one! X

Best blow dry and lovely stylist

I decided to revert to my naturally curly hair after straightening it for 15 years. After a few months and still not completely happy, I decided maybe a good, curly cut would help. Researched for a salon that specialised in curly hair and found Simone Thomas. When I visited the salon for a consultation, my first request was that I wanted more defined curls and was told they could help. It wasn't until I got to the till to book an appointment, I was told I had to leave a £50 deposit as I wanted a cut and highlights, by then didn't feel I could say no. The salon was clean and smart but I wasn't given any tips with regards to styling or drying my hair, it was done exactly as I do it at home but I wasn't asked how I did it. The hairdresser didn't even ask where I have my parting so she cut it as if I had a centre parting so now when I style it with my parting at the side (where I've always had it), one side of layers are shorter than the other side. By the time I got home my hair was a horrible fluffy mess. A colleague actually asked the following day what I'd done with my hair as it looked so dry. Not what you want to hear after an expensive trip to a hairdresser. When I contacted the salon I was invited back for a luxury treatment. Thought a big shot of moisturiser would help tremendously. Again, I was given no advice on how to manage my transitioning hair and again by the time I got home my hair was completely flyaway. If anything, the luxury treatment has made my hair even worse. Very disappointed and came very close to straightening it again but I'm going to stick with it and keep trying but won't be returning to this salon.

Wonderful service from Paula today! We decided to go with a slightly different colour than usual and I am sooo pleased with the results! She really does know her stuff! I’ve had so many compliments about my hair this week. Thankyou Paula and Simone Thomas salon Westbourne. A first class service!

Absolutely wonderful service start to finish. Jo listened to me, worked so hard for 4.5hours and earned every penny! It’s a beautiful salon, well managed and calm. Lovely, proper wash and blow dry too.

Georgie has been brilliant with helping me to find a wig/hairpiece. She has taken her time to show me what is available and made me feel at ease. There are lots of options and she is very informative.

I am totally BLOWN AWAY!!! For anyone whom has not met Simone then I feel very sorry for you. She not only knows what she\'s talking about but is one of this worlds most caring and thoughtful people I have ever met. I have been taking these supplements now for 3 weeks. If I look at a photo of me from back then, remember what I was eating, feeling and what my skin looked like, then you would not say I was the same person.

I\'ve been taking my FeelingFine supplements just over a month now and I can\'t get over how much fuller my hair feels!
