Very clean and cozy salon. Cheyanne did a color correction on my hair as well as a trim. She did a PHENOMENAL job! My hair was definitely not an easy fix. I had a lot of natural gray root grow out, brown box dye, lighter ends, band of darker brown and then natural brown. Even with all that I was pleasantly surprised with the results. We both knew it is going to take a few visits to get where I want to be but my hair looks so much better after just the first visit. Was given a free consultation and strand test before deciding to move forward. She took her time and did an amazing job. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with her. 100000% recommend!!

Caitlin’s Salon is awesome! ! I fly from out of state to get my Hair done with Great Lengths Fusions. I always feel welcome when I’m there all day. The place is clean & cozy. I look forward every 5 months going to visit & knowing I’m going to look amazing when I leave!:) 5 stars!!

Khristen is extremely knowledgable and efficient. She can meet you for the first time and know exactly what to do to make your hair look its best and correct anything that you thought your previous stylist was doing right. Thank you, Kristen!

The Girls are very sweet. I went in and got keratin bonds. I’m happy with the hair. I will soon return for a re-apply. I contacted them a few days ago. So waiting to hear back on when I can return.

I had an absolutely amazing experience getting my first human hair topper at the salon. I was a little nervous because I suffer with hair thinning, yet the salon was a welcoming and hospitable place! I am so pleased with the results. Worth the drive from Richmond!

While I didn\'t get extensions during my visit, I did get highlights, haircut and styled by Emily. She listened to what I wanted, did a fabulous job with my color and was so friendly.

Caitlin is amazing! I started going to her two years ago, and have been loving my long hair every day since! She did a great job assessing which kind of extensions would be best for my hair type (tape ins), and worked with me to match color and length. My hair always looks great when I leave the salon, and I adore the look she gives me as well as the low maintenance of tape in extensions. Caitlin is one of the best hair stylist I have ever been to! I used her for all of my hair needs (fusions, tape ins, beaded wefts etc) and the magic she was able to pull off boosted my confidence like no other! My natural hair is very thin and fine. She was able to blend every extension in a way that looked natural and beautiful (literally couldn’t tell I had extensions).

After my complimentary consultation, I felt like I knew all the information that I needed and was able to book my install super easy. I had the best customer service ever. From the receptionist (I don’t remember her name) to Caitlin that did my hair. It was my first time having tape ins and it was beyond my expectations. I came for a consultation and Caitlin answered all my questions. I scheduled my appointment weeks later and I’m in love with my hair! She did an amazing job. They even sent me a personal note with a coupon, what a great customer service. They don’t disappoint, if you are thinking to have extensions you should visit this place. They are all very professional and have great product.

Caitlin is absolutely fabulous!! I am always one for doing something wild with my hair, but she knew more about what I wanted before I did. We did what they ended up naming an \"aquatic goddess\" look. It was a deep blue with some light blue to throw a little pop in. I will post a picture when I get the opportunity! My extensions were \"tape-in\" and she blended them so well no one even knew I had them. They just looked natural! They are so personable there and when you come in to do something fun everyone in the salon is excited for your look, not just you! I will recommend her to absolutely anyone! I\'ve been sick since the beginning of 2018 so I lost a lot of hair due to all my meds. After lots of research, I decided I wanted to try keratin extensions to try to fill in my hair. I\'ve never had extensions before (except the clip-ins for my wedding), so I was a little nervous at first, especially since I have naturally curly hair. Caitlin walked me through everything I needed to do, and the girls at the front desk were awesome to answer any of my questions when I called. I told Caitlin I wanted the most keratin extensions possible, so she matched my hair, and did 30% of the extensions in an off shade to add some natural highlights to my hair. When I arrived for my appointment she was ready to go and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She gave me a great shampoo to make sure my hair was super clean, then she dried my hair and got to work. I was worried that they\'d be too heavy, or that it would be difficult to sleep. I have to say, it\'s a little heavier, but nothing like I imagined... I thought my head was going to feel weighed down and that\'s not the case. I purchased a satin sleep cap which definitely helped keep my hair from going all over when I sleep. When I saw my finished hair I was amazed at how natural it looked! I was originally going to cut it down to be shorter, but I think I like the long look and will keep it for awhile. I can\'t say enough good things about Caitlin! I feel fantastic, and I\'m already getting lots of compliments on my hair!

I’ve been seeing Caitlin for the past two years and I will never go to anyone else! She has brought back the life to my hair. I have fine, thin, hair that’s difficult to process with color. She has managed to make me happy every time I come to see her. I also love the rest of the staff. They’re welcoming and cheerful every time I’m there. Thank you Caitlin you are amazing!

Caitlin is the best!! She has been doing my hair for years, and really knows her stuff. She is dedicated and extremely passionate and does whatever she can to ensure her clients leave happy! Every time she does my hair I\'m more than thrilled. Plus, she\'s friendly and you never have to deal with that awkward silence while waiting for your hair to process.
