She made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable, and she was such a genuinely lovely person to chat with. I’m really happy with the result and overall it was a great experience.

Alex is always so calm friendly and approachable. She makes you feel comfortable and listens to your requests. I have long naturally curly and in some places straight awkward hair and she knows I know it best and so works with me to do what I need and doesn’t just do a cut for the sake of it. she understands me and my hair and has helped me for 2 years get it to be back to the best shape after others have ruined it time and time again. She knows my hair and what it needs and does what I want rather than just a mainstream hair cut. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair Alex is the best I’ve found

Chloe was very helpful in giving me ideas for my hair style for my grandson’s wedding while treating my hair with colour as needed . She also arranged dates for the next 3appointments up to the wedding and suggested the gradual styling of my hair for the occasion.

Today was my first visit to SJ Forbes after my daughter recommended them. Lekiesha was wonderful & did a wonderful job on my hair. It looks lovely. The young lady who washed my hair was so gentle & checked in with me to make sure the pressure was ok. I’m very much looking forward to my next appointment.
