Lucy was very happy with her haircut and blow dry and the overall experience. She really likes the way Jordana finds out what she wants to achieve and then the cut to deliver that.

The whole experience is great, very friendly and welcoming, great haircut, great chat.

Kiri is amazing! Sad she is leaving and equally sad to over hear a conversation about the whole salon is moving to Egham. This will probably end my long relationship with SJ Forbes. Obviously nothing to do with Kiri. She’s the best hairstylist I have ever had.

Great hair colour/cut/blow dry. Also felt very well looked after by Lekiesha who was careful to avoid my sore ear, same for the girl who washed my hair. Thank you to both, I am very satisfied with everything

Jordana was amazing very friendly and really took her time explaining the treatment I was having. The head massage I received was out of this world would come back even just for this. Love my hair very pleased with my blow wave would highly recommend. Thank you

Although my regular hairdresser is excellent, it appears a good idea to occasionally have a change of hands and eyes to give me a fresher look for Autumn. As always, Jordana is friendly, funny and professional. She gave me a nudge to try a brighter orange to my ginger hair, which embraces the season colours. Nice

Hayley was really helpful and clearly knowledgable. I wanted to tone a colour to remove some warmth, and she took a lot of time to understand the look I wanted. Really happy with the service and experience.

Lekiesha always does an amazing job with my dye and haircut. Friendly and professional, she always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. I can't recommend her enough. SJ Forbes is a fantastic salon with excellent staff. While also being LGBTQ-friendly, my partner and I couldn't imagine getting our hair done anywhere else.
