From arrival everyone at Sparx were friendly and welcoming. I felt really comfortable, which I think for anyone going for any treatment is important, so a big thank you to everyone at Sparx for making that environment possible. Value was excellent, with the price being reasonable, especially when the quality of the treatment and service by the team was higher than I’ve experienced elsewhere. The salon itself was spotless and will definitely be recommending this to anyone who needs a treatment that Sparx offer. Lastly, I want to specifically thank Ellie, who was brilliant at her job. She was very friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which definitely helped put me at ease, even if this visit was just a patch test. It’s meant that I’m now completely relaxed and looking forward to my future sessions.

Had another super massage with Abbey at Sparx! Abbey is always very professional, considerate and clearly a very well trained therapist. She is always polite and helpful and makes the experience so enjoyable - I always leave the spa environment fully restored and relaxed. Ellie helped me pick a colour and shimmer top coat based on my past choices which were absolutely spot on! Ellie is always exceptionally professional and very friendly. My shellac nails were finished to a very high standard. Excellent.

Lovely ladies I met at the salon, One did my eyebrows a few days earlier, she recommended my eye lashes treatment which was very well done by another.

I recently had an eyebrow laser removal treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and the treatment was quick and almost painless.
