From the moment I entered the salon I felt so relaxed. Phoebe did an incredible job on my new balayage colour. She listened to exactly how I wanted to look, and did above and beyond of what I had asked for. I am so so happy with my brand new look. My daughter came to the salon to have her hair highlighted for the first time. She has very long hair and the colour was beautifully even throughout, they achieved such a natural look. She had some pieces that were home coloured and the salon were able to blend these with toner so that the hair had a blond gradient which was really lovely. She is so pleased with the outcome and can’t wait to revisit for a trim and future colour maintenance. The salon staff are lovely and the salon is immaculate. So pleased and prices were very reasonable especially for students happy to be hair models. Absolutely brilliant customer care and super pleased with the results.

Amazing salon! A really nice environment and all of the stylists are so friendly and welcoming. I’ve had my hair done by Chloe multiple times and she’s always amazing. Always talks me through any questions I may have about colours and tones and helps me decide on what I want with the ideas that I show her. Went in to see phoebe and can I just say wow wow wow! Phoebe is so lovely and her work is amazing! I get a full head of highlights and I am never disappointed will forever stick to Stephen Alexander because of this amazing girl!

I went in and asked for a balayage, this was my first time dyeing my hair so I was quite nervous. I showed Chloe the ideas I had and the colour I was aiming for and she was really supportive and reassured me well. She was efficient with time when completing the balayage, wash, cut blow-dry and super friendly. A big thank you to her, really happy with the outcome and the blend in the balayage was perfect without it being blocky. Loved the final look and would definitely come back again. Thank you Chloe!

So pleased with my cut and colour today with Tony. After growing it for a while, it is exactly the style I want and the red hair colour is amazing!

I attended the salon for a restyle with the talented Tonio. He is a breath of fresh air. I showed him pics of what I was after and got a haircut that was perfect for me. The mark of a decent stylist is one that doesn\'t just copy a photo but instead creates a look that takes into account the difference between yours and the model\'s hair.

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere, despite a number of hairdressers in action. My son was very impressed by his new style, so thanks to Tonio. Thank you.

I am so grateful to Tony for my first haircut in over four months! I’ve received several compliments from friends, co-workers and even strangers on the street! Even though I moved over 40 minutes away from Chelmsford I always book my haircuts and colour treatments with Tony as there is absolutely no one else like him! 100% worth the drive for the beautiful results and the opportunity for an entertaining catch up with Tony. I’d give him more than five stars if I could!
