    New to the Durham area and a friend recommended this salon. Appointment made with Andrew. Came in with very dull stringy medium length hair, left a platinum bombshell with hair at chin level. A massive transformation and an expert colour and restyle. Andrew, oh my god, I love him!!!!! Could talk to him for ever! All staff lovely. Have definitely found my salon!

    I mace been a customer with this salon for over 15 years. I have seen stylists come and go and have never had anything to complain about. I would not have my hair done anywhere else. I have the perfect stylist. Rebecca looks after me so well every time I visit and I do try to be there every week as this is my time to relax, unwind and enjoy the experience of being treat like one of the family now.     Love my hair being done at Steven Scarr's salon. The interior of the salon always looks fantastic. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Professional service and an absolutely endless choice of hair colours to pick from. Good choice of products to purchase if you want to buy anything. I love the Kerastase range. 5* Back washes : the massage chairs are unreal... a nice treat. Would definately recommend the salon.

    Had a colour with autumn yesterday. She listened to exactly what I wanted to have done but also gave advice on what would suit me too. She turned my hair from a brassy blonde colour to a gorgeous brown ballyage. So happy with my hair. It was also nice not to be sitting in the chair for hours on end too as it can be a lengthy process but autumn was quick but thorough. Will definitely be having her again. Thanks autumn!
