Been going here for about 9 months now and Jess has always been 10/10, I have never left unhappy with my hair as she always gets it bang on. Lovely salon / staff and experience every time! I have two of my own hair toppers and I have taken them to Steven for maintenance and a cut, very pleased with the service and love how they are sitting better. Will definitely use the topper maintenance again.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked a hair loss consultation with Steven and Ange - my alopecia was worsening and I planned to look at wigs pre-emptively. They both immediately put me at ease and made me feel extremely comfortable. They were also able to recommend a topper which would give me some extra thickness whilst in this interim period of uncertainty where I don't know if I will lose all of my hair. Within 48 hours of my consultation the topper was coloured to match my hair and I left feeling comfortable in my own skin for the first time in a long time. I can't thank them both enough and would highly recommend to anyone experiencing hair loss!

After suffering with thin, fine hair for years, along with the dreaded menopause in the mix, I decided to pluck up the courage and messaged Steven. I booked an appointment and had my friendly consultation in a private room at the salon. This was perfect for me as I’m really self conscious in a busy salon environment. We discussed various options for me and I decided on a light hair topper. This was cut & styled by Steven after colouring my hair for a perfect colour match. The result was fantastic!!! I am genuinely over the moon and it has helped my confidence massively. Steven and Ang are so knowledgeable and non judgemental and really put you at ease. I would urge anyone suffering from hair loss or thinning hair to reach out and go for a coffee and a chat to look at the different options available. Thank you both so much!!!!

Went to Steven Scarr salon today for a topper to be styled, absolutely fantastic atmosphere, really friendly and professional. I was nervous about going, but I was made to feel very relaxed.

My daughter had her first hair cut at the salon with Andrew. She was very nervous about trying somewhere new, Andrew was very welcoming from the moment we walked through the door and he sat me beside her which I think set her at ease straight away!
