I arrived for my appointment on time unfortunately the stylist I was booked with was on the phone rearranging her appointments for the following week and yes I understand this has to be done but I was left sitting there feeling completely unimportant had she continued with her phone calls I would have walked out sadly won’t be returning Not a great first impression

Wow. FIRST time in years I have felt a warm welcoming vibe off all staff in a salon. From the phone call for appointment TO meeting for the first time the talented stylist Emma, who made me feel so relaxed and good in myself, as I was very nervous to have a restyle. I explained how I wanted my hair. Bear in mind THIS WAS the first time in years I have had my hair done, and didn't really know If I was explaining myself properly. Emma, BIG SHOUT OUT to you. You knew exactly what I wanted and needed. And for the lady who had so much patience with me, who made me feel so relaxed while washing and massaging my head, she had healing hands, I felt so relaxed, I nearly drifted off to sleep. Defo, having this salon as my regular now. Thank you all for a brilliant experience. I've already booked my 2nd appointment. There's no stopping me now.

WOW amazing hair salon, it takes a lifetime to find a good hairdresser, one you like and trust, I found one in Emma, but all the stylists are amazing. I first had Kristen for 2 beauty treatments who was fantastic . She made me feel very relaxed and loved the experience. I then moved to Meghan who Sat and listened to me. I have had a few bad experiences with hairdressers in the past which has knocked my confidence and put me off. I decided to try again and I'm glad I found this hideaway, very friendly and helpful answering questions and discussing options I'm actually looking forward to going back. It's a bit more expensive but there are price options which are easy to understand so no hidden surprises. it's definitely worth the extra plus the coffe is nice too ☕️?.

Have not had a decent haircut in 10 years as I live in Australia, found it impossible to get a hairdresser that actually listened to me, I recently visited uk and got my hair done at syer and for the first time in years I am happy with my hair, the cut really made a huge difference and is much easier to style now. Bad news is I need a trim now and won't be back in Sutton for a long time, but thanks for the awesome haircut, definitely made the right decision when I booked into your salon.

Came here today for a cut and blow dry with Emma and I have to say it's the best hair cut Ive ever had. From booking the appointment to the finished cut I felt like I was looked after and Emma cut my exactly the way I asked her too. I went in with very dry bleach damaged hair and came out with shiny healthy hair in the most amazing style. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my new regular salon.
