Friendly and accommodating service.

My 14 yr old daughter had her first visit to the eyebrows to get her eyebrows done. Emma K was absolutely brilliant with her. She explained everything she was going to do, asked what way my daughter wanted her eyebrows to looks. She was so helpful and gentle. When she finished she took out the mirror and talked my daughter through what she had done. My daughter was delighted with the results, she's looking forward to going back to Emma K again.

As usual Robyn was so nice and a pleasure to go to for my appointment, she is so professional at her job and so friendly, thanks again Robyn and Merry Christmas to all at the Ivy……..

Jenny took such care to make sure my nails were right and I’m very pleased with them plus as it was ordinary nail varnish instead of shellac it can be more awkward and she did a lovely job Thanks Jenny
