Owners Michael Embleton and Alan Armstrong head an experienced hairdressing team at our hair salon in Durham who will provide excellent customer service and the best His and Hers hairdressing and beauty treatments, based in Langley Park Durham. Their highly trained expert stylists are passionate about hair and will leave all their clients looking and feeling amazing with their technical expertise and creative styling.

Our friendly, highly professional team of hair stylists will offer you a range of fantastic services, haircuts, perms, colours and hairstyles and will also create fabulous Wedding Hairstyles, Great Length Hair Extensions and in addition, the newest Brazilian Keratin smoothing treatment.

    I have finally found a hairdresser that understands curly hair ! Linda is fantastic and very knowledgeable she made me feel at ease straight away and went through what she thought would be best for my hair , she gave me the best haircut I have ever had my curls looked and felt so much better , she also advised me on what products and colour I needed , had an amazing conditioning treatment which made my hair feel like silk , Carnt wait to go back next week !     I’ve been going to The Salon for the last 5 years. I moved house and wanted a hairdresser closer to home. I'd always admired two of my friends hair, theirs was always stylish and looked in such good condition. I can honestly say I love going to The Salon, the staff are all so friendly, it has a nice relaxing feel about it and they are all so professional. They all know their stuff!! Over time for my work schedule I’ve had different hairdressers for cut and finish and also foils. Kayleigh,Anisha, Patrick and Michael to name a few. I trust everyone them. Its my treat every few months.

    Had my first visit yesterday for a perm that i had been wanting for ages… But was always talked out of by family and friends. Turns out i should have had it ages ago! After researching where is the best place to go, travelled an hour to get to the salon, but it was worth it for Michael’s knowledge and expertise. As the only place in the UK who are able to offer the American Wave Perm System, i knew the standard must be high. Michael can assess your hair and recommend what would be the best way to apply a perm to it, without damaging your hair. He can also offer advice on the best way to care for your perm, and keep it at its best. My hair now has so much more volume, and feels light as a feather!

    Thank you so much for restoring my faith in hairdressers. I came in for a consultation with Michael and it\'s fair to say he blew my socks off. the wealth of information he gave me was unbelievable. I came in wanting a perm as I have naturally curly hair but he informed me that my hair was in a bad way and before he did anything he would treat it. I left armed with shampoo, conditioner 7 serum. My big day was 11th November. I had the works done with Michael and when he finished I didn\'t recognise myself. I felt like me for the first time in a long time. I can not recommend this salon enough. Michael is so knowledgeable and all the staff are so friendly and made me feel friendly. Thank you so much. I am your number 1 fan.
