Would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs treatments. The welcome pack you get is really lovely. I was also happy to find someone who stocks Dermalogica products. Overall, love this place!

I just had the most wonderful facial! The staff are so welcoming and knowledgable and really listen to your needs and tailor the treatment to you. There's no rush - you're free to lounge in a fluffy robe and enjoy a sorbet! I've had beauty treatments in Harrods and Liberty and can honestly say I enjoyed my experience at Urban Spa more than any other location. I can't wait to come back!!

My first visit to Urban Spa Bishops Stortford, and I am a total convert, the spa rooms upstairs are amazing, and the added extra of the sorbet, grapes and lemon water on top of the fantastic massage just totally made my week xxx
