Nice and friendly experience. It was my first visit to Voodoo and I immediately found it very friendly . I was a little nervous about having a cut and style as I had had two disappointing haircuts at a diff salon within 10 weeks . Sofie was reassuring and a very competant stylist, which helped me relax. She took time to explain the diff 'cut to style' for my hair and allowed me to judge 'the look' as it progressed . The whole team where so naturally friendly . Though the distance is a little far for me, I would certainly think to come again and maybe try a new colour look. PS and a proper mug of tea/coffee. First hair cut I brought my curly 6YO daughter to Voodou for her first ever haircut today. The whole experience was fantastic from the second we arrived. Emily was great and really listened to what she and I wanted. Leia was really made a fuss of, offered a drink and had her photo taken with the ring light. Mark is wonderful!!! Mark was so lovely, chatted away and did all he could to get me what I want without causing damage to my hair (which is tricky as it’s quite damaged already). Hana I can't even describe my amazing experience at Voodou with Frankie! Everyone is so nice from the moment you arrive and you really feel like a star in the best hands, but the best golden hands have Frankie who was able to transform my damaged hair beyond recognition and for that I am truly grateful! Cut out the grey I took a chance and tried my luck as a “walk in” The staff were fantastic and the boss made a few calls and managed to pull a barber in early for me .. You don’t see that kind of customer service very often ! From start to finish it was a brilliant experience and I’m over the moon with my new hair cut.
