I love coming to Stef. My hair looks the best it has ever looked and that is down to Stef. She is always thinking of the best colour for me depending on the seasons and my hair always looks great.

I was disappointed with the service and the way my hair turned out, especially considering the very high prices. The stylist that did my hair was dying two clients’ hair at the same time, which meant that the bleach and dye was left on longer than I would have expected, which actually resulted in my scalp getting burnt and scabbing over later. The colour that my hair was dyed was nothing like what I asked for. I believe it should have been toned to get rid of the yellow undertones, but my stylist insisted on simply trying to cover them up with a much darker shade of pink than I wanted. During the haircut he cut my neck with the clippers leaving a cut. The pricing was also very confusing, as two different employees gave me different quotes. I ended up paying £145, and that was supposed to be including a 50% off offer so I dread to think how much it would be usually. I got basically the same thing done at voodou around a two years ago and paid £60. After all of this my hair was patchy so I went back a couple days later to get it fixed. I was put in with the same stylist as before who put an even darker colour on. It was less patchy but it still wasn’t what I asked for and wasn’t what I would expect from a professional hair salon. Scott was great from the very start, I had been told I shouldn't go pink but he looked at my hair and gave me a wide variety of options. When I came back for my appointment, he immediately made me feel at ease and mixed a great colour for my hair. The time seemed to just fly by and he gave me a trim and blow-dry and was really helpful advising about the aftercare. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend. Thanks Scott!
