I can't remember the lovely lady's name who did my hair, but she had an Irish accent. I'm very fussy about my hair and had two salons in mind in the same area. I chose Voodou because I'd had my hair done there years ago and was really happy with the results, so I was hoping it would still be as good as I remembered. I booked a higher-level stylist for a complete restyle and decided to put my full trust in her to do whatever she thought would suit me best. I honestly couldn't have been happier with the result. She was so friendly, professional and incredibly talented, and she made me feel completely at ease. I absolutely love my new hairstyle. Thank you so much – I'll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Voodou to anyone looking for a stylist they can truly trust.

Grace was amazing! She did a fabulous job with my hair, it's exactly what I asked for. She made me feel at ease and gave great tips on how to manage my wavy hair at home! Will definitely be booking with her again ☺️

I had a great trip to the salon recently. Ceyda was excellent. She listened to me, worked with me to give me a flattering haircut, helped bring out my natural texture and talked me through tips to take care of my hair at home. I’ve already recommended visiting to lots of my friends.

I went in for a wash cut and blow, Lisa cut and styled my hair she was amazing, she looked at my pictures of hairstyles and we discussed what I wanted and she made me feel really comfortable and was asking me throughout if I was happy with the cut. Definitely go to Lisa she has a lot of experience and was very kind. Absolutely love my hair and I left feeling so much more confident!

I can't recommend Lucy at Voodoo Liverpool enough! My hair was completely dead, dry, and desperately in need of some serious TLC. From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained what my hair needed, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the appointment. The transformation was honestly unreal. My hair feels healthier than it has in years—it's soft, shiny, full of life, and looks absolutely incredible. Lucy's attention to detail was amazing, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best possible result for her clients. She didn't rush anything and made sure every part of my hair was perfect. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also so friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole experience even better. I left the salon feeling so much more confident and couldn't stop looking at my hair! If you're thinking about booking with Lucy, do it—you won't regret it. First Experience, totally nailed it!

Thanks Frankie - like the shorter cut and I like the colour. Shout out for Mia the apprentice- lovely manner, engaging and polite, could see her anticipating what was needed next, she stood out as someone who will do very well!!

Exceptionally happy. As a neurodivergent person who struggles with haircuts, I felt extremely accommodated and understood. My hair was washed, cut, and styled by Grace, who did an incredible job. I was given a quiet space in the basement where I felt more comfortable and received great communication throughout the service. I’d definitely recommend this place, and Grace, to anyone who finds haircuts challenging or who may need somewhere quieter/more relaxed to get their hair done. 10/10!

Really happy with my haircut from Lisa. Needed to tidy up my neglected hair and try get my waves/curls out before graduation, which she did perfectly plus she was extremely nice and helpful with advice. Absolutely recommend both voodou and Lisa

Made an appointment at Voodou after having a really bad experience in a different salon. My stylist was Ceyda who put me at ease straight away, she could see how upset I was after my bad experience and took so much time and care during the appointment showing me everything she was doing at each step to ensure I was happy and comfortable. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and I left the salon with my confidence back and a spring in my step. I’m so grateful to Ceyda for her care and attention and for listening to what I wanted and giving me what I needed. Voodou/Ceyda has made a new client for life and I will be recommending to everyone I know!
