I had an amazing experience with Sergio! From the warm welcome into his beautiful studio to the menu of drinks offered, every detail made me feel special and comfortable. The haircut was absolutely fantastic, and the whole experience felt like a real treat. The relaxing massage while washing my hair, followed by a lovely head massage to finish, made it even more enjoyable. Sergio is not only incredibly talented but also pays great attention to detail and makes sure you feel completely taken care of. I am so happy with my new look and the transformation he made. An appointment with Sergio is a whole experience! He’s incredibly talented and has such an amazing energy. Even if you arrive having a bad day, he somehow turns your mood around and makes you feel so pampered. You leave looking great and feeling even better. I honestly can’t recommend him enough!

I visited Sergio at his new one to one salon and what a great experience it was The setting was lovely and peaceful. Chairs and basin were extremely comfortable especially the massage chair for the hair wash. It was great to have Sergio’s undivided attention instead of the hustle and bustle of a salon environment. He made it a lovely time for me to relax and enjoy his service. The cut and treatment were as amazing as as ever. I travel to see Sergio from Shropshire and some people think I am mad going that way but for me it is the best cut, colour and treatment I have had and worth all the effort to get to see him, especially now in his new set up. I’ve been Sergio’s client for quite a while now, and I happily follow him wherever he goes!
