Vivienne Hatch

I am always greeted with wonderful smiles from Lorraine or Dheirbhla. They take my coat show me to my chair, ask how I've been. Then Emma wants to know what are we doing today. I'm gowned get a coffee and the grey blending commences. Emma is the best colourist, I receive lots of compliments and queries on my hair. The chats are had, I might get a few magazines, a glass of water then leave with a new do and my next appointment booked. Thanks Emma and all the lovely people in YGH

As explained while leaving salon , 45 minutes later to wait to receive a rushed blow dry that I was under pressure to pick up a child … From start to finish I wanted to leave the girl that washed my hair was extremely poor and left shampoo in my scalp .. The salon overbooked clients and 31.50 later I fell through the cracks … All the years attending salons never came upon such unsatisfactory service.
