Exceptional standards of delivery Zappa is unique in its service delivery due to the standards of training. Each member of staff is trained to ensure a consistent standard of service delivery. That is the reason that Zappa has such a loyal following as you are guaranteed satisfaction and I have been coming to them since their opening some 35 years ago. Staff are very approachable and in general just lovely people. Christine is an an excellent Amy for Zappa and I’m always happy with the outcome. It’s a joy to go there and for me it’s like soul food. Amazing every time I am 100% happy every time I walk out of Zappa’s Caversham after my 8 week appointments. My hair is cut to precision after the best products tailored to my needs are recommended /purchased leaving what was dead, dry snapped Brazilian blow dry hair (done at a competitor salon ) only 5 months ago to what is now, thanks to the magic worked at Zappas beautiful silky glossy, shiny healthy hair. I have never in my whole life had hair in such fantastic condition. The products are more expensive than high street chemists etc but wow these are premium products giving premium results on a perfectly styled hair. I have today had a nano keratin blowdry lasting four hours and wowwww my hair is stunning. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.
