Love my highlights! Absolutely LOVE my highlights! Amy chose a blend of colours that not only add warmth but also much needed lift and depth to my (sadly) thinning hair. I really love how it looks and how much brighter I now feel. Very good customer service Just got my haircut at Zappas and I’m genuinely happy with the experience. I usually find the hair wash part uncomfortable due to neck pain, but this time it was completely different — gentle, supportive, and surprisingly relaxing. The head massage was such a thoughtful and welcome bonus. Chloe was fantastic with my haircut — she really understood what I was going for, offered a few great suggestions, and delivered exactly the look I wanted.
