Always a pleasure to see Leah, had a wonderful shampoo and head massage from Rosie, great cut and blowdry from Leah, good chats and catch up too, good coffee too.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, Vanessa and Anna both done my hair and offered exceptional service.

Caitlin cut my hair today at Zappas Caversham. Caitlin did an excellent job; very detailed in discussing how I wanted my hair cut and proceeded to cut my hair exactly as I wanted. This was under the expert guidance of her excellent mentor Karen. Caitlin was very neat, organised, careful in the detailed hair cutting and has a very interesting lovely personality. Caitlin presently under the excellent care of Karen is and will continue to be a great credit to Zappas Caversham.
