Sam is an absolute master barber and is a true expect in his craft. Have been getting my hair cut from Sam for years now and will not be going anywhere else.

Everything was great except the hair washing was a little rough. It would be better to be more gentle to make it a more relaxing experience.

The hairdresser herself has done a good cut, bit there was a definite misunderstanding on the colours. This was rectified the following day, for which I am grateful. The salon is nothing superior, or “London experience”. Old chairs, radio blaring out, the wash area says it is quiet, but still just as noisy. Cheap refreshments. Massage chairs during hair wash are a nice touch. Zappas is not as good as several other hairdressers on Fleet high street and was still more expensive after the 30% new customer discount.

Had another fab haircut by Kate . Something completely different!! Told her what I would like and she delivered making me feel bloody fantastic xx

Bronwyn is great! She’s been doing my hair for a while now and always has great suggestions on how to achieve the look I want. She always does my hair very nicely, particularly the colour and I leave happy! Will always re-visit Bronwyn!! Only negative feedback I do have isn’t to do with Bronwyn at all but the front of house staff members. Before my appointment I called to find out if I needed my patch test done and what colour treatment I had previously so I could get the same booked in but no one was able to answer both questions despite having my records. During my appointment I was there for nearly 4 hours and asked one of the girls for a drink a few times but never received. Also during my hair washing I was socked to the point my whole jumper was wet and then had to sit there in a wet jumper for the rest of the appointment.

Always a relaxing time to have my hair cut by Kate. Love the cut and the chat.
