Ria has been cutting my hair for years and, as always, was highly personable and professional and did an excellent job. The other staff are also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Zappas.

I love my hair colour it’s exactly how I like it. Jasmine is so good at listening and advising what’s best for my hair too. Maisie blow dryed it and then straightened it, she remembered how I like it from my last visit. 5* both girls.

Shampoo and blow dry. Good condition after explaining that certain products do not suit my hair due to cancer. Although I have explained this before and as a regular client , I was disappointed that I had to explain this again.

Jose was amazing as always, talked through everything that she was going to do and made recommendations also. Jose is always so friendly and chatty as always and makes the appointment an enjoyable experience.
