Great experience I have had three appointments with Mileigh - a wash and blow dry; a wash, cut and blow dry; and a full head of highlights with a blow dry. I think she is excellent and a fantastic ambassador for Zappas. Although Mileigh was on the first rung of the ladder (Graduate Stylist) (and there are 6 more levels above her), I felt I could not have been in better hands. Mileigh takes great pride in her work and what was most important to her was that I should leave the salon as a happy customer, which I definitely was. She also praised Zappas as an employer and said they had very high standards with a rigorous training programme, which I could see from Mileigh has clearly paid off! I was a customer of Zappas at Bean Oak Road for a few years back in the early 90s before I moved out of the area. Good service Happy with colour and blow dry as usual all done with a happy smile from Hannah and the team. I am disappointed however that the OAP discount has been lowered as with rising costs it is now very expensive and the various offers don't often apply.
