Amazing experience today with Sophie\! I really enjoyed my colour consultation and came away feeling fantastic, inspired, and full of ideas for what to do with my hair\. Sophie was lovely, and I’m so excited for my colour appointment\. I can’t wait to see the results!

Have had Hannah cutting my hair for a number of years. Always get plenty of compliments on the cut. Hannah is very friendly and I enjoy my visits to the Twyford branch of Zappas

It was lovely to meet Carly, I went to the salon for a regrowth color today and she explained to me how I could improve my hair. She also gave me tips and a plan for the future whic it was lively, including some promo that the shop offer. I left the salon very happy that I have finally found a hairdresser that understand my preferences. I also got a "new customer discount" which was great. I'll visit them again!

The service was lovely, and I’m pleased with how my hair turned out. Thank you for making me feel good and giving me a fresh new look. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my hair! ️ Millie has done such a beautiful job with my colour today and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She really takes her time and pays attention to every little detail. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I always feel in such good hands with her. Would highly recommend Millie to anyone!

Today I had an appointment with Ria who was great as usual. I was also really impressed by Ria's helper Eva. She was very bright and bubbly, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would definitely like to have her help with my hair at another appointment.
