Jess is a great and very professional hair stylist. Uses luxury products in her work. I very accurately chose exactly what my hair needs. She used a lot of care products that protect hair during and after dyeing, and also recommended further care that prolongs the beauty and durability of the color. She also made an amazing haircut and styling. Jess is very pleasant and attentive to communication. Thanks a lot

I was nervous about changing my hair style after 25 years of the same style. The stylist made it such a positive and exciting experience. Her professionalism and advice was superb resulting in a new style very different from what I was used to and which I adore. I feel confident and glamorous!

As always the staff were welcoming and smiley and made me feel pampered. Sue always takes the time to listen to what I want and gives great suggestions and advice too. I am very happy with my haircut and the service I received.

Bronwyn and Kayleigh both listened to what my daughter and I wanted and were really helpful in advising how to achieve the hairstyles. We are both super happy with the results! Great hair washing and head massages too. A very friendly and welcoming team.

Milly gives the best service she listens so well to what you would like and she is a genuinely lovely person to spend time with. She is very talented and I always love how my hair turns out!

Great service!!! Very pleased with my haircut

Lovely to see the team again and as usual a great hair cut (and coffee). However, on a previous visit I was told about the app and loaded it on my phone, but no one explained how the loyalty programme works. It wasn’t explained that I had to scan a QR code after my appointment - I only found out about that today. So I’ve actually missed out on getting loyalty credit for two previous appointments. Might be nice if your staff could just take a moment to advise customers how to register for their loyalty ‘stamps’. I’d possibly have worked it out if I was 18, but I’m a lot older than that and naively thought it would be automatic as my appointments appear in the app.
