Zappa’s exemplary staff training methods ensures excellent results consistently on each visit, no matter who does your hair. Their rigorous training is such that I don’t have a need for the same named staff. This visit, Anesta did my hair , and was a delight! I left uplifted and very happy, as always. I The atmosphere is such that you always feel welcome like a returning family member! Visiting Zappa is amazing and I find it therapeutic! It’s like soothing balm for the sou! And Anesta is a credit to the organisation and full of sheer loveliness just like team. Thank you Anesta and all their wonderful staff at Zappa who always go the extra mile

Jess (Caversham salon) has been cutting & colouring my hair for around 11 years now, which says it all because I keep coming back. She is a very talented stylist & always takes time to help me decide what would look good. She is honest about what would & wouldn\\\'t suit me, which I really value. She takes great pride in her work & pays real attention to detail. All the staff are welcoming & friendly & I\\\'m always well looked after. I wouldn\\\'t hesitate to recommend Jess & the Caversham team.

Colour done at Peach St 10th April. Cost 240 without a cut or treatment. Colour is so subtle it’s practically impossible to tell anything has been done. Very disappointing

I always love coming to Zappas. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming and you can tell that it’s a nice place to work from the vibes you get in the salon. I quite often attend the training academy and always get brilliant service and a really wonderful haircut or colour, depending on what I have come in for. My husband has been converted from the traditional barber as loves being pampered with a head massage and a cuppa! No going back for him! Highly recommended!
