Ria has been styling my hair for over 14 years now. I have tried other stylists over the years but I always come back to Ria because of her exceptional talent. Having said this, please don\\\'t raise the prices anymore Steve! I have seen them rise quite a bit over the years but even loyalty has its limits.

I would like to say a big thank you to Courteney who did the most beautiful colour for me. She also did the best shampoo. I hope she gets rewarded for her excellent service and attention to detail.

I have just had a hair cut today by Amelia at Zappers Twyford.
I was nervous as i suffer with anxiety and have not had my hair cut for 2 years. I have been cutting it myself at home.
Amelia was so nice and I felt relaxed.

Thanks to Amanda’s brilliance I came out looking 10 years younger.

Never having been before I chose Zappas based on previous reviews for a big transformation. Lily was fabulous from start to finish. She knew exactly what she was talking about, made sure to set expectations clearly and did an amazing job. Her meticulousness in making sure my hair was kept healthy throughout and then choosing colours that would work perfectly was exceptional and even though I was a bit nervous, my mantra of trust the process paid off. Highly recommend.

As always a warm welcome into the salon. Shown to a seat and offered a drink while I waited for Jake.
Jake arrived shortly afterwards and started my consultation. Jake was professional as usual and I always look forward to my appointments.

Ellie was very helpful in helping me to decide the best hairstyle. She was very friendly and welcoming and is the only hairdresser I have visited more than once!

A truly wonderful hair salon. I have visited on 4 occasions now and each time Millie has attended to my hair. One of the best hairdressers I have ever met.
She is very confident, friendly and the most important part she gives you advice and does an amazing job. Thank you all.

I’m really disappointed after my visit today — I would honestly give a 1-star review. I left the salon after paying, with dripping wet, sticky hair that I had to wash again myself. Some of the staff are good and tried to help, but the manager’s attitude was extremely dismissive. He only offered to dry my hair after a traumatic washing experience, without offering any real solution. I’m still shocked by his response. If you have long, thick ethnic hair, please do not use this salon.

Brilliant cut from Shelley today! Delighted with the shorter modern style based on my old style but giving more volume and movement.

This is a great friendly salon. Very well designed and my hairdresser Shelley is so good at what she does. She have given me so much advice on how to keep my hair in better condition, I couldn’t recommend her more. She definitely know her stuff about hair.

I have been bringing my daughter to Zappas on bean oak road for a few years now. Kristy usually styles her hair and with year 11 prom coming up we were looking for something extra and so we were introduced to Chloe. For 6 hours Chloe transformed my daughters hair and gave her exactly what she needed to feel as special as shes always been in her mothers completely biased opinion. From brunette to black with hot pink stripes. Chloe you\\\'re fantastic! C is still smiling. Thank you for that. Also whilst I patiently waited Georgia went to work on my unruly locks. We both left feeling as light as air. Staff friendly, helpful, accommodating and will keep you hydrated and then you\\\'ll leave looking amazing. Zappas on bean oak road. Wouldn\\\'t go anywhere else.
