Excellent service I recently had my haircut by Harriet, I couldn’t fault the service at all. After not having my haircut for over a year, she listened to what I wanted to achieve, offered a complimentary scalp analysis and explained the results along with recommendations. Poor customer experience Very disappointed despite two consultations with senior staff regarding colour as a new customer. The staff member used to wrong toner on my hair. I was devastated. Never having been before I chose Zappas based on previous reviews for a big transformation. Lily was fabulous from start to finish. She knew exactly what she was talking about, made sure to set expectations clearly and did an amazing job. Her meticulousness in making sure my hair was kept healthy throughout and then choosing colours that would work perfectly was exceptional and even though I was a bit nervous, my mantra of trust the process paid off. Highly recommend.

As always a warm welcome into the salon. Shown to a seat and offered a drink while I waited for Jake.
Jake arrived shortly afterwards and started my consultation. Jake was professional as usual and I always look forward to my appointments.

Ellie was very helpful in helping me to decide the best hairstyle. She was very friendly and welcoming and is the only hairdresser I have visited more than once!
