Lovely and friendly. Rae was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I had a complete restyle from a cut to balayage and I must say I'm very happy with the outcome. The colour is a work in progress due to having dark brassy hair so I knew it wouldn't be done in one sitting but lifted well for the first attempt, and the cut is honestly the best I've had, I love it!
