Sarah cuts my hair just like I like it. She is really good at cutting short hair short and the experience is stress free and pleasurable. We can chat about anything - Sarah is very easy to get along with.

Never felt so awkward and unwelcome walking into a hair salon in my entire life. From the moment we walked through the door, not a single person greeted us. Everyone just stared at us blankly, no hello, no smile, and absolutely no effort to make us feel welcome or make any kind of conversation. The whole atmosphere felt incredibly cold and uncomfortable, and we honestly couldn’t wait to leave. We only booked here because we couldn’t get an appointment at our usual salon, and I majorly regret it. To top it all off, Palma has now been left with a very wonky fringe. Unfortunately, definitely not somewhere we would return to or recommend.
