I was listened to which was very good I was given advice which was very helpful helped me decide what I wanted done walked out of the shop very happy thank you.I forgot to mention the name of the lady that looked after me from start to finish her name is Rae.

Really enjoy coming to the salon with Nazrin doing my hair. She does such a good job - I'm absolutely hopeless! Such a lovely person too!

Lily washed my hair beautifully, at the right temperature. She assessed the right amount to be cut and to top it off she spent time doing dutch plaits which were geometrically perfect! Amazing

Lovely person who cuts great hair

Absolutely loved my visit to this friendly salon, following a great consultation. My hair feels and looks so shiny and healthy. Quinton is amazing, and a lovely man. He knew exactly what to do, which is great as I am rubbish at explaining what I would like done with my hair! Had a wonderful head and chair massage, very relaxing. Highly recommend booking an appointment.

I have had a family emergency which necessitates a trip back home to Belfast. I rang the salon today to move my appointment to next week. Was advised that I would lose my booking deposit and would have to pay another one. It’s such a shame that the company policy is so draconian. Rae is an excellent stylist. Unfortunately I will now advise all my friends not to use Blonde Envy. Shockingly poor customer service.
