I have had a family emergency which necessitates a trip back home to Belfast. I rang the salon today to move my appointment to next week. Was advised that I would lose my booking deposit and would have to pay another one. It’s such a shame that the company policy is so draconian. Rae is an excellent stylist. Unfortunately I will now advise all my friends not to use Blonde Envy. Shockingly poor customer service.

Sarah fitted me in at very! short notice as I was in Towcester area for the weekend and tbh realised my hair looked a bit bedraggled. She knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut and styled and gave me a few tips for future cuts. So in all I feel I dropped in lucky today and will definitely consider booking again if we're visiting Towcester in the future. Thank you, Julie

Rae always takes an interest and remembers things we've discussed previously. She's great at identifying what works well for my hair and style and gave good advice when I talked about wanting to colour my hair. I trust her opinion and her as a stylist.
