Well had a very relaxing morning started by my wonderful Suzanne which is always a delight then finished by lovely Sarah which I was pleased with so come home feeling amazing brilliant team work thank you both very much xxx

For a new client it was a shame that the experience didn’t feel cared for. Conversation was next to zero, never ask how I’d like my hair finished, which I normally have it straightened. The treatment received, I have no idea what it was, was just left for a time, not even that was told how long. I was offered a drink which was nice but that was about all the conversation other than have I been there before, to which I left the conversation wide open and still nothing. The whole thing was rushed through, no chat and to top it off, wasn’t even offered to rebook, given I was a new client, this was quite disappointing. More frustrating was all the others chatting away, upselling products and smiling genuinely happy to be there it felt, just not the one I had. Honestly, if it wasn’t my local salon, I wouldn’t return, and I definitely would choice Sarah again. Polite but absolutely no interest in the client and no apology for delaying the appointment by 30 mins. Perhaps she just didn’t want me to come and hoped I’d cancel. Not the greatest experience, can’t really go wrong with a straight cut, but had to straight and shine at home myself.
