Quinton has looking after my hair for 21 years now. His skills are second to none, a total professional. Quinton provides first class customer service, every time, and is a real gentleman. I always look forward to my visit to the salon. Totally recommend him.

Have just had my hair coloured and cut by Quinton and the service I always receive is fantastic. He takes care of me and my hair, and he makes me fabulous as I’m walking out of the shop. I can’t praise him enough.

Quinton knew exactly what I wanted (even though I didn’t hahaha) and he executed the hair cut with so much ease. He checked in with me to make sure the length of my fringe and hair at the back was what I wanted. The blow drying also went over well which means a lot for me due to auditory sensitivities. Overall I am very pleased with the haircut and the service.

I’m a regular client at Towcester spending a not inconsiderable amount annually. I had a wonderful hairdresser and also had Keratin treatments. This company charges £40 on account just in case someone doesn’t turn up for an appointment. I was unwell and unable to get to my appointment and was charged this fee of £40 for not giving 24hrs notice. I have never before had to cancel so not a regular issue for me. You cannot say if you are unwell until the actual day really can you. Anyway, be aware as they only want your money. I moved and found another lovely hairdresser who doesn’t take the ‘michael’.

Really disappointed. Place was filthy service and Shannon\'s customer service skills have really gone down hill. I was left for 12 minutes even though I had booked and paid for my appointment in advance while Shannon was on the phone. It used to be a really high quality lovely experience. Haircut was ok but really can\'t see the value for such a crappy experience and run down salon. There was grime and dust all over the hair dryer holder. Black mould on the plug sockets. Light fixture all dusty with odd bulbs and one bulb missing. The place felt very dirty and grubby. When I pointed out the filth it was \"oh I know we\'re just so busy\"

I have been coming to Aimee in Kingston for a few years now and I could not recommend her enough!! She listens to everything I’d like, gives advice and does everything so precisely. She colours and styles my hair fantastic and I always leave feeling amazing! She is very friendly, professional and we always have great conversations, making my experience relaxing, fun and fantastic. Thank you Aimee for your amazing skills and efforts!

This was my first time seeing Quentin - I went into the salon feeling really drab & dreary, I left feeling a million dollars!!! He gave my hair a complete overhaul with Balayage (warm red/blonde) & a restyle. I felt in safe hands as soon as I sat down. Thanks Quentin, see you next time!!
