I love having my hair cut and coloured by Aimee. She really listens to what I want, offers advice and gives the best service. Every time she does my hair I come away feeling refreshed and looking and feeling amazing. I can\'t recommend her enough. Thanks Aimee, you\'re a star!!

This was my first time seeing Quentin - I went into the salon feeling really drab & dreary, I left feeling a million dollars!!! He gave my hair a complete overhaul with Balayage (warm red/blonde) & a restyle. I felt in safe hands as soon as I sat down. Thanks Quentin, see you next time!!

I was seen by Quintin at the Westcroft branch at short notice. I needed roots, an update on my balayage and haircut. I was amazed at the result. For the first time ever, the colour was exactly as I wanted (which is difficult on my naturally black hair). Quintin and Mandy were super friendly and professional

Louisa Curtis at the Westcroft salon is a wonderful hairdresser and always gives me an exceptional haircut. She is more than that though, always flexible and supportive aligning my hair appointments and those of my Mums, always cheerful and a great ‘counsellor’. Thank you so much to Quentin for making me feel like a blonde bombshell today! I especially enjoyed the scalp massage treatment (so good nearly fell asleep) and I am thrilled with the shape cut into my hair to allow it to grow longer and keep looking good. The colour though, oh my goodness, it's gorgeous - I can't stop smiling as everyone I've seen since has commented! So happy with it I've decided I'm going out for dinner this evening!!!

I went to see Emilie today with shoulder length, bleached hair, which was in an awful mess. It was brassy, broken and in a poor condition. After showing Emilie a picture of what I wanted, she consulted with me on colour choice and advised what could be done. I had the most amazing treatment and felt completely relaxed and confident in her hands. The massage chair was incredible and the coffee was great. Emilie couldn’t have done any better. The service was amazing from start to finish and she fixed my hair!! I left the salon feeling amazing and it was the first time I had been so excited and happy with the result that I felt like a new woman! I wouldn’t go to anyone else (having used a mobile stylist during covid). Emilie is a top first class stylist and an absolute credit to the salon. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL BRAND NEW AND CREATING ONE OF THE BEST CUT AND COLOURS I’VE EVER HAD! Can’t wait to come back xxx
